Organisers sometimes shift hall assignments or add pre-show days after a calendar is published. Check the linked page once more before you book flights or block out crew schedules.

International Roofing Expo, Las Vegas

The International Roofing Expo site lists its 2027 expo and conference for February 16-18 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Informa Markets runs the show, and the National Roofing Contractors Association is named as its official show sponsor. Alongside the exhibit floor, the organiser promotes expert-led education sessions, live clinics and product demonstrations, with a block of the programming supplied by NRCA.

If you plan further out, NRCA's own events calendar already pairs its annual convention with the expo for three years: the 140th in Las Vegas on February 16-18, 2027, the 141st in New Orleans on February 1-3, 2028, and the 142nd back in Las Vegas on January 23-25, 2029. IIBEC: a fall symposium and a spring convention

The organisation behind the RRC and RRO credentials runs two events inside the next seven months. Its 2026 Building Enclosure Symposium meets October 18-20 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, and IIBEC aims it at consultants, architects, engineers and specialists in roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, cladding and exterior walls.

The larger event follows in spring. The 2027 IIBEC International Convention & Trade Show runs March 18-21 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, with the exhibit hall open on March 19 and 20. If you design, observe or investigate roofs rather than install them, this is the calendar to watch; the credential requirements are laid out on the training and courses page. METALCON, Orlando

METALCON is set for October 7-9, 2026, in Hall South A of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Two partners produce it: PSMJ Resources and the Metal Construction Association. For contractors adding standing-seam or metal shingle work, it is the one national show on this list devoted to metal construction. The Metal Construction Association's directory entry sits on NRD as well.

RoofCON 8, Oklahoma City

RoofCON lists its eighth edition for November 10-12, 2026, at the Oklahoma City Convention Center and markets itself as a roofing and solar conference. The host city sits in hard-hit storm country: NOAA's Storm Events Database records 4,379 hail events of 1 inch or larger and 948 tornadoes in Oklahoma from 2016 through 2025.

Roofing Day in D.C.

Not every date on the calendar is a trade floor. NRCA's events listing schedules Roofing Day in D.C. for April 6-7, 2027, and again for April 4-5, 2028, both in Washington. It is an advocacy event, so plan it as time with lawmakers rather than time with suppliers.

• Consultants, observers and specifiers will find IIBEC's convention and symposium organised around their credentials and their technical work.
